For children who are not claiming their Free Early Education at Little Bookham Preschool we ask for a £35 non refundable registration fee
which will secure your child a place, a preschool t shirt, and 2 hour settling in session for your child with one-to-one care form their new Key Person.
Although we try our best to accommodate flexibility, we do ask that a minimum of 3 hours are booked each day that the child attends. We ask that children aged 2 attend a minimum of two sessions per week and children in their last year before school attend a minimum of 4 sessions per week to ensure they make the most out of their time at preschool. Our morning sessions run from 9.00am - 1.00pm and for a full day session a minimum of a 9.00am - 4.00pm must be booked.
Places are allocated based on the return to completed Registration Form, subject to availability. Email confirmation of sessions will be sent once we have allocated your child a place. For our full days (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) priority is given to children to wish to attend a full day, although some morning places are available.
We are registered to provide Free Early Education for 3-4 year olds. This means that from the term after your child turns 3 they will be eligible to receive 15 hours of funded care per week. The minimum length of a session that will be funded in one day is 3 hours and the maximum is 10 hours. Parents can only take the full 15 hours over a minimum of two days.
We are also registered to provide Free Early Education for 2 year olds who meet the criteria set out by Surrey Early Years and Childcare Service. Eligible children will be able to receive 15 hours of funded care per week. The minimum length of a session that will be funded in one day at Little Bookham Preschool is 3 hours and the maximum is 8 hours.

Fees are payable in advance on a half-termly basis at the start of
each half-term, and must be paid within 14 days of receiving the invoice.Monthly payment options are also available.
The Preschool cannot maintain your child's place if fees are not paid. Parents will be given written notification if their child's place is being withdrawn due to persistent non-payment of fees.
Fees will not be refunded or waived for term time absence through sickness or holidays that are taken without notice, or if the Preschool is forced to close in extreme bad weather conditions or circumstances which are beyond control and the safety of children is at risk.
6 weeks written notice is required of withdrawal of a child from the Preschool, or fees for half a term are payable at the rate of our child's previously agreed attendance hours in lieu of notice.
6 weeks written notice will also be required if parents request any decrease in their child's attendance hours, or fees for half a term are payable at the rate of your child's previously agreed attendance hours.
