Free Early Education Flexible Offer
We are registered to provide Free Early Education for 3 and 4 year olds. This means from the term after your child turns 3 they will be eligible to receive 15 hours of funded care per week. We recommend that in children's last year before they start school they attend a minimum of 4 sessions per week which can be entirely covered by the 15 funded hours.
We are also registered to provide Free Early Education to 2 year olds who meet the criteria set out by Surrey Early Years and Childcare Services. Eligible children will be able to receive 15 hours of funded care per week.
The maximum that will be funded in one day is 8 hours, and parents can only take the full 15 hours over a minimum of two days. Children can attend a combination of 'full days' and morning/afternoon sessions.
Subject to available spaces we can offer Free Early Education flexibly across the week, please see the following examples of how children can access their 15 hours.
Attendance Examples:
Over 2 days:
2 ‘Full day’ sessions, eg
Mondays 9.00am – 4.00pm
Wednesdays 9.00am – 5.00pm
Over 3 days:
Mondays 9.00am – 1.00pm
Tuesdays 9.00am – 1.00pm
Wednesdays 9.00am – 4.00pm
Over 4 days:
Mondays 9.00am – 1.00pm
Tuesdays 9.00am – 1.00pm
Wednesdays 9.00am – 1.00pm
Thursdays 9.00am – 12.00pm
Over 5 days:
Mondays 1.00pm – 4.00pm
Tuesdays 9.00am – 12.00pm
Wednesdays 1.00pm – 4.00pm

Fees
There are no additional charges if your child only accesses their 15 hours of Free Early Education. If you would like to 'top-up' your child's attendance hours, any additional hours will be charged at the rate of £4 per hour for 3-4 year olds and £5 per hour for 2 year olds. For example if you wished your child to attend on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9.00am - 5.00pm (16 hours per week) you will just be charged for one extra hour per week, payable by half termly invoice.
